CHEF EDGAR VÁZQUEZ

Born in Mexico City, Chef Edgar began his career in Gastronomy at the age of 19—in Italian specialty restaurants. His performance earned him a role in one of the best restaurants in Mexico, and in the world, SUD777, ranked #17 on the "World's 50 Best Restaurants.'' He joined Le Blanc Spa Resorts Los Cabos in 2019, where he continues to develop his passion for cooking one dish at a time.
