Promotional rates are applicable to hotel-only and package bookings. Complimentary benefits only apply to new groups with a signed contract. Applicable to new group reservations paid in full. Maximum double occupancy. Each room within the group must have a minimum stay of three nights to count toward group amenities. Five-night minimum stay applies during holidays (Easter Week, December 24 - January 3, and Summer Season). A minimum of 10 rooms must be booked for 3 nights within the group to qualify as a group and earn group benefits. From January 1 – August 14, 2023 and from Nov 17 - Dec 23, 2023, a minimum of 25 rooms is required to earn a free room. A maximum of 5 complimentary rooms is applicable. All reservations must be booked through the group contract. All complimentary rooms are required to pay a fee of USD $50.00 USD per person per night at Le Blanc Spa Cancun and Le Blanc Spa Los Cabos for taxes and gratuities. The complimentary room upgrade is applicable when traveling between August 15, 2023 - Nov 16. It is applicable for (1) room upgrade to the next room category, up to the Honeymoon Suite or its equivalent, depending on the resort. The room upgrade is only applicable to the lead reservation guest. Resort credit is not applicable to the complimentary rooms. Not applicable to travel agent rate, tour operator, FAM trips, site inspections, complimentary, compensatory stays or any other rate-reduced promotions in the market. Not redeemable for cash. This promotion is not transferable to guests in other rooms. This promotion is not combinable with other complimentary room offers. Resort credit is not applicable to the complimentary rooms. Promotion is subject to change or may be canceled without prior notice. A minimum 5-night stay is required to quality for a $500 USD Resort Credit. A 16% service fee applies for Resort Credit used, which can be paid in cash or by credit card, this fee cannot be paid with Resort Credit. A maximum of $250 USD can be used toward our spa in Le Blanc Spa Resorts. The Wellness Blanc Suite provides an additional $75 USD of Spa Credit per room per night, which can be combined with the Resort Credit Promotion. Further restrictions and terms and conditions may apply. For complimentary private events there is a minimum number of paid rooms required. No event day may have less than three complimentary hours or more than five complimentary hours, unless the group has earned less than three complimentary hours total. Shorter events, as well as additional hours, are available for an extra charge. Event hours are between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
